I’m Adam Williams, a licensed Realtor with The Knight Team at Keller Williams Citywide. I grew up in Vermilion and have spent over 10 years helping families buy and sell homes across the Lake Erie coast of Ohio.

I’ve been involved in marketing and selling more than 1,000 homes throughout my career. My approach is straightforward: listen first, advise honestly, and keep your best interests at the center of every decision.

I serve buyers and sellers throughout Vacationland Ohio — Vermilion, Sandusky, Huron, Port Clinton, Catawba Island, Marblehead, Bay View, and Perkins Township.

My Background

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I spent years as a Marketing Director and Director of Operations for a large real estate team, and as a Productivity Coach. That background means I understand how to market homes effectively and how to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity.

I’m not here for the commission check. I’m here because I genuinely care about this community and the people making decisions about where to build their lives.
